Concerni...</title><content type='html'>Thanks for your very insightful article.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Concerning the &amp;quot;Japanese approach&amp;quot; towards eradicating discrimination against the Dowa, the only issue I have with such an approach is the old saying: &amp;quot;Those who forget about their history are doomed to repeat it.&amp;quot; That is, the whole Japanese society with its group-based mentality tends facilitate discriminate aginast &amp;quot;others&amp;quot;. The way some refugees from Fukushima were treated when they had no medical certification (imho relating to being not &amp;quot;clean&amp;quot;) comes to my mind. Thus sometimes I think a more proactive way of treating the issue would be nice...
