Great post and thanks again for the guest post last year.

As someone who used to work very long hours, your changes to better suit your life (if I'm reading between the lines correctly) will pay off for your family and especially your child/ren. I have a young daughter and you only get one chance to be there for them while they are growing up and then it's gone. They won't remember how good you were as a lawyer - just as a Dad ^^
